Uretheral Stricture
Stricture of Urethra can be caused by Infection, Trauma or instrumentation and in some cases it can even be congenital ( from birth).
Symptoms include
Poor Flow , Thin Urinary Stream , Burning or discomfort and sense of incomplete voiding or dibbling after urination. It can also cause recurrent Urinary Infection.
Diagnosis
Diagnosis can be made by an Xray called Retrograde Urethrogram or a Urethroscopy
Treatment
Depending on the Site and Length of stricture we can offer Endoscopic or Open Surgery
